Most items are made to order, that's how we can be so flexible about mixing colours and sizes, so unfortunately we can't offer next day delivery. Dispatch for standard made to order items is currently 5-7 working days. Dispatch for 'Express make and send' items ordered before 11am is next working day. Please allow 5 days extra for overseas orders.
In stock items are dispatched next working day.
UK items are sent by courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For.
Standard delivery is free on UK orders over £100 otherwise delivery to the UK is charged at £5.50 for the first item and then £1.00 per item for each additional item. This does not include gift vouchers, international delivery destinations, premium delivery or 'Express make and send'. The rest of the European Union at £14.00 for the first item and then £8.00 per item for each additional item.
We deliver to all international destinations. International delivery outside the European Union is charged at £18.00 for the first item and then £10.00 per item for each additional item.
At Donann we operate a "No Quibbles" return policy within 14 days of receipt. This means that if you aren't happy with your order whether the size doesn't fit or that it is simply not what you were expecting when you placed your order we will accept it back for a refund on the item(s) or an exchange.
Simply return the unused item(s) in the condition that you received it in along with details of your name, address, telephone number and details of what the problem with the item is and what you would like us to do. Often if it's a size problem we can make a replacement item to a better fit.
Please note that this policy only covers items that have not been used or damaged and also does not include non-standard items (items that have been personalised by adjusting the lengths of the legs, body etc).
We take pride in all that we make and always do our best to complete your item to a very high standard. However, if an item is faulty please contact us straight away using our contact us form.
Items should be returned by 1st class post and a free Proof of Posting certificate should be obtained from the Post Office when the item is posted back to us.
If you want to return an item that is not faulty we will not be able to refund the cost of the postage.
'Express make and send' charges are not refundable unless an item is faulty. A full refund or replacement is made for faulty items and the cost of the return postage will also be refunded to you.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
